Store Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders will be completed and dispatched within 2 days of receiving payment. Delivery time is affected by your specific address. We will try our best to get it delivered within 4 working days once dispatched.

RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

You can cancel an order if it has not been paid for or dispatched yet. 

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it and we will arrange for a replacement thereof.

 

If you are not happy with the product and want to return it, you are more than welcome to let us know within 10 days. Please note that it will need to be unopened and in its original package and condition. We will arrange a collection form you. You will be responsible for the collection fee. Once we have received the product and checked the condition of it, we will then make the refund if it meets the above mentioned criteria.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact your local Opticoll office within one working day and it will be replaced with the correct product.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

All of your personal details will be treated with respect your privacy. All of the personal information collected on our websites will be kept strictly confidential. It will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Your information will only be used to process your order as best possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask via email.
